IDEA 社区版本（CE）Spring配置

最近用CE社区版的IDEA构建Spring Boot项目，发现没有Spring相关的选项，去官方网站查阅了下，原来社区版是有限制的：点击查看 但还是有对应插件能补充相关能力。
所以可以下载 Spring Assistant、Springirun、Spring Tools等针对CE版本的插件提供Spring框架开发能力。
